In the plastics sector understanding your energy consumption is becoming more and more important, from costing a difficult product to processing for quality and energy.

Modern machines have this system in-built, giving the energy in both relative (kWh/h) and absolute (kWh/kg) values.

We can offer the same measurement for older equipment, with a test phase combined with cycle time breakdown, and then plot the energy consumption over the actual cycle time.

Your report will be based on the cycle time breakdown along with the energy consumption and defined markers to synchronise both sets of data, for any part / material / machine combination.

Additional items like stand-alone mould heating, automation, and downstream equipment can also be measured giving an exact energy consumption for a complete process, not just the machine energy.
